Neighborhood Concerns;
Notification Page.

Do not use this page to report crimes or any other emergency situation. If you need an officer, or to make a report, call 775-2865.
For emergencies call 9-1-1.

This page is to notify the Police Department of recurring  problems in your neighborhood that may require more time and resources than the responding officer can provide. You may notify the Police Department either by telephone or by email to report this situation.  If you notify the Police Department by email, please provide sufficient information to describe the situation, including a specific address, when the situation is occurring, how long it has been occurring, who is involved, and if the Police Department has been previously notified about the situation.

Please limit your requests to situations within the scope of authority of the Police Department. Some neighborhood problems ( ie. stray dogs, potholes, late trash pickups, substandard housing, etc.) are going to be the responsibility of other City of Lubbock departments. If you are not sure if it is a situation the police can assist you with, submit it anyway. Should it not be a situation for the police, we will contact you and refer you to the correct agency.

You do not have to provide your name, address and telephone number.

However, if you desire a personal reply to your email, or want someone from the Police Department to contact you to discuss the situation, you must provide either an email address or telephone number.

To report your situation to the Lubbock Police Department by telephone contact Sergeant Bill Casey at (806) 775-2971.
