Crime Line of Lubbock and the Lubbock Police Department have combined efforts to make it more convenient for citizens to submit a Crime Tip. Citizens will now be able to Text A Tip using their mobile devices, or submit a tip using an On-Line Form. We have provided instructions and details below on submitting tips via a mobile device or using the On-Line Form.
